Let’s Transform How We View the World

“Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.” ― Chuang Tzu

Fur mom, loves life, committed to happiness; yours and mine.

I ’m not a doctor, therapist, or have a degree in psychology – I’m someone who studies philosophers like Nietzsche, psychologists like Carl Jung, and modern day thought leaders like Eckhart Tolle for fun.

I have also recovered from severe depression, childhood emotional neglect, love addiction, being overly sensitive and highly insecure.

I’d like to let everyone to have access to the combination of strategies and techniques I used to free myself from suffering to living a life I whole-hearted enjoy.

We can heal and reclaim our authentic self

The journey towards becoming whole is a customized approach, not every method will be for everyone, rather it’s a choice of which methods to practice.

Certain methods will speak to us more than others and we’ll be ready to practice specific ones at different times, at different stages in our lives.

Areas of Focus

The information is told in a direct and truth-telling manner referencing academic material, psychologists, philosophers, and modern-day thought leaders.

The content focuses on 3 areas: Identify, Heal & Reclaim, and Thrive

Identify

Our society and family dynamics influences us. By tending to awareness, we identify societal influences and unveil the masks we wear.

Self-Awareness

Knowing who we are, what we want, our strengths, weakness, being aware and recognizing our true intentions and motives.

Societal Influences

Being aware and cognisant of the way we developed to behave to meet the demands of the society and family we grew up in.

Social Masks

The social masks we wear can be situational, but other times it can be an everyday persona we developed to avoid revealing our true self.

Heal & Reclaim

We reclaim who we authentically are when we heal our inner child, are present and strengthen positive attitudes.

Re-parent

We can learn to process our emotions and be loving, nurturing, and supportive figures to ourselves we lacked while growing up.

Meditation

Helps us to become present, to silence the mind, through our breath we learn to slow down, interrupt, feel or change our emotions.

Affirmations

Positive Affirmations aid to cultivate and strengthen positive mental attitudes on a conscious and subconscious level.

Thrive

We thrive and sustain our transformation process through Self-Love, Self-Trust and Loving Boundaries.

Self-Love

We are filled from within, have a deep connection to ourselves, regardless of anything that happens in our external world.

Self-Trust

We can firmly rely on the integrity of our inner resources. We are present, resilient, adaptable, and can learn from our mistakes.

Loving Boundaries

When we learn how to set boundaries in a loving and healthy way, we speak our truth and we honour our authentic selves.
