You’ve been doing your best to hold it all together—handling stress alone, pushing through emotional weight, and staying in control. Maybe you’ve tried journaling, meditation, self-help content, or even therapy. But despite the effort, something still feels stuck. It might show up as procrastination, overdrinking, overthinking, self-sabotage, or emotional shutdown. Maybe your relationships feel unfulfilling—or you find yourself repeating the same patterns.

I get it, because I’ve lived it. I’ve come through severe depression, childhood emotional neglect, and love addiction. That personal path led me to explore deeply: into healing, spirituality, and the inner workings of the mind. I often reflect on the work of philosophers like Nietzsche, psychologists like Freud and Jung, and spiritual teachers like Eckhart Tolle and Thich Nhat Hanh. I love hearing people’s stories and understanding how they see the world.

In my work, I use both top-down (cognitive/insight-based) and bottom-up (body-based/somatic) modalities. That means we don’t just talk about your patterns—we also work with how they show up in your nervous system and body. This kind of integrative, trauma-informed approach helps you regulate, reset, and reconnect with yourself on every level.

My mission is to make the strategies often kept within therapy and spiritual communities more accessible. I want to help people build self-awareness, heal from what’s held them back, and create lives that feel aligned, grounded, and worth living, not just surviving.

This work isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about remembering who you are underneath the noise and living with clarity, strength, and emotional freedom.

If that resonates with you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Reach out when you’re ready.
